Gentle Flow

Tuesday 6.15pm - 7.20pm

In this class we move slowly through a series of classic yoga poses, or 'asanas'. We flow from one pose to the next, working with the breath to hold and deepen each asana. There is a focus on breathing and on relaxation to ensure that we feel the physical and mental benefit of the practice.

Looking to become more flexible? Wanting to start the weekend feeling in a positive state of mind?

Get ready for the weekend with this upbeat yoga class. We flow through a series of asanas, using our breath to help us to hold and deepen each pose. The class leaves us feeling calm and refreshed, ready for the day ahead

 

Fees:

Introductory offer: first class £5

Drop in classes : £8 per class

5 class pass (valid for 8 weeks): £35

10 class pass (valid for 12 weeks): £65
