"Doing classes with Sam was my first introduction to yoga. Previously I had thought that yoga would not be my cup of tea having only ever participated in more intense activities. However, I really enjoyed the practice and my core strength, flexibility and balance improved. Sam has a friendly, calm and empathetic manner. She took into consideration everybody's individual capabilities and we were encouraged to do what we could without overstretching. At no time did I feel that I was being judged. After the sessions, I was relaxed and the stresses of the day had evaporated. In everyday life, I am now able to employ yoga breathing techniques to cope with tense situations."
